Thank you for the question! We have marked the game as nsfw mostly due to depression themes and strong language (swearing). There isn't any sex/nudity as in graphics, but characters do mention sex in one conversation (for the sake of social criticism though it's hard to explain without context) and a character undresses to take rest but the players don't see her. Overall, this game is more of a slice of life rather than an adult work.
Our games generally don't feature nude shots aside male characters' upper body, and romantic artwork is limited to hugs/kisses. We censor love scenes significantly to make sure that they are appropriate and without graphic details, to cater to a broader audience.
