HASALYNX GAMES TERMS OF SERVICE

I. GENERAL

The terms of service will be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to regularly check them for permissible use of the items you are purchasing.

By purchasing any product published by Hasalynx Games, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to abide by the terms of service. Thank you for understanding and agreeing to comply with the terms set forth by Hasalynx Games.

II. VISUAL NOVEL GAMES

1. COPYRIGHT. All games published here (full PC games and demos) are protected by copyright.

2. TIMELY PURCHASE. It is your responsibility to download everything within 2 weeks of purchase. Please note that Hasalynx Games reserves the right to unpublish ready games at any time without providing a reason.

3. PERMITTED USE.

Your purchase grants you the right to install the game on your computer and enjoy playing it. 

You can write a review of the game for your private blog, including up to 5 screenshots. The games, information on the games, and the screenshots, as well as other graphics, cannot be uploaded to any visual novel databases without explicit permission from Hasalynx Games. Doing so will be seen as unlawful use of copyrighted material.

Streaming the game, even in fragments, is not allowed unless you are recording a game reaction video where your face is visible, and you provide commentary throughout the entire duration of the video.

4. PROHIBITED USE.

You are prohibited from borrowing, sharing, redistributing, or reselling the game. Uploading the game to torrents, file-sharing platforms, or game download websites is strictly prohibited. Making physical copies is also not allowed, except for one copy for personal use, such as installing it on both home computers or storing it as a backup.

The text content within the games is protected by copyright law, and therefore, any translation of the text requires explicit authorization from Hasalynx Games.Unauthorized translation of the game's text is a violation of intellectual property rights owned by Hasalynx Games.

Information about the games cannot be added to databases and streaming the game, even in fragments, is not allowed, except as specified in the permitted use guidelines.

Altering the game, its content, or its code in any way is strictly prohibited and is not permitted under any circumstances. Any unauthorized modifications to the game, its content, or its code are a violation of the terms of use and may result in legal action being taken against the individual or individuals responsible.

Do not claim rights to the game as it was made by Hasalynx Games.

III. PRINT & PLAY GAMES

1. COPYRIGHT. All print & play games published here are protected by copyright. 

2. TIMELY PURCHASE. It is your responsibility to download everything within 2 weeks of purchase. Please note that Hasalynx Games reserves the right to unpublish ready print & play games at any time without providing a reason.

3. PERMITTED USE.

Your purchase grants you the right to download the print & play game, print, assemble, and play it. You agree that you are using the print & play games for entertainment purposes only. You are allowed to print up to five copies and gift them (free of charge) to your friends and family. You are allowed to review the print & play game on your private blog.

4. FORBIDDEN USE.

You are strictly prohibited from modifying / sharing / distributing / reselling etc. the PDF file containing the printable materials with third parties.

Making more than five physical copies of the purchased game constitutes illegal distribution of copyrighted material and is not allowed, either. Reselling ready-printed games is not allowed under any circumstances.

You are prohibited from taking photos of the purchased game for stock gallery purposes. Furthermore, capturing images of individual purchased games or taking screenshots for sharing with others is also not allowed.

Lastly, these print & play materials are considered finished products and should not be viewed or used as assets for incorporation into other creative projects. It is strictly prohibited to add them to other games (physical or digital), apps, websites, or crypto/NFT projects - this includes embedding into digital fortune-telling apps.

Do not claim rights to the print & play  game as it was made by Hasalynx Games.
